I was in the middle of the word jumble today and Anna from the night show ran into the studio and handed this to me.  She then ran out and refused to answer any questions…Am I missing something?

Aubrey O’Day was set to be the latest bisexual bachelorette to headline MTV’s reality show dating competition “A Shot At Love” in the Big Fat Rumor of the Day. ”She’s in final negotiations,” an insider said. “Aubrey will be singing the theme song and hopes this opportunity will help her launch a solo recording career.” However, this morning Aubrey released a statement saying, “I felt that wasn’t the right fit for me. And with my new show (that I’m co exec producing) I get to tell the truth, which is always more fun!” Aubrey has teamed up with 25/7 Productions, which make and are also working on Janet Jackson’s new reality TV show.

There was a hearing yesterday in the Chris Brown assault case and Chris’ lawyer is making moves to get the whole thing thrown out of court. Remember the police photo of Rihanna that was leaked to the public showing all the injuries Chris allegedly inflicted upon her?  Well, attorney Mark Geragos believes there’s a chance that picture could help Chris walk. Geragos says that photo, and some other information that was allegedly leaked to the public, constitute police misconduct, and could result in the charges against Chris Brown being dropped. He told reporters outside the courtroom, “Leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regard to outrageous governmental misconduct.” Barring anything dramatic, the judge scheduled Brown’s preliminary hearing for May 28th. We’re still hearing talk that both sides are trying to work out a plea agreement.  But apparently, they haven’t reached a deal yet. Meanwhile, the judge also ordered police to give back the $1.4 million in borrowed jewelry Rihanna was wearing when she was assaulted.  Prosecutors will take photos of the bling, in case they need it as evidence.

Danny Gokey and Allison Iraheta celebrated birthdays last week. The five “American Idol” finalists celebrated by making cakes. Unfortunately, the kitchen turned into a battleground and cake went flying and icing wound up everywhere. Last night, Danny was presented with a bill for $6,000 for the cleaning. As if they couldn’t afford a cleaning crew to come in and clean that up for them? Have you seen the mansion the “Idols” live in?  Anyway, last night it came close for Adam Lambert who wound up in the bottom two, but Matt Giraud was the one sent home. Allison, Danny and Kris Allen were all safe.

“People” magazine drops its 100 Most Beautiful People issue this week and this year, Christina Applegate. Much of that has to do with her battle with breast cancer and the fact that she had both of her breasts removed and reconstructed after doctors found cancer in one of them. And while she didn’t do it for aesthetic reasons, she’s not knocking the results.  She says, “I don’t have to wear a bra!  They don’t hang down to my knees like they did before.  And the gals look good in tank tops.” “People” neglected, however, to mention that Christina is still smoking, despite her cancer.  I think that makes her a little less beautiful. It was only a matter of time before this happened! In the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, the blushing bride may have extra reason to blush very soon! According to Life & Style, Heidi Montag is currently in negotiations to pose for Playboy magazine and her new hubby. Spencer Pratt, is encouraging her to do it. Wow, we can’t believe that. Really? And it seems Spencer is working on a deal to land her $500,000 for her goodies! An insider says that Heidi “wants to do it. It’s just a matter of working out the details.” However, we’re told, “Heidi won’t be required to get naked for Playboy.” No nipple or vajayjay, just some risque pics where Heidi’s fully covered. Boo!

MTV has announced that “The Hills” will be back for another season without Lauren Conrad. Everyone else will be back, including Audrina Patridge who, at one point, was planning on leaving to star in her own reality show. By the way, former “Laguna Beach” star Kristin Cavallari could be joining “The Hills” next season. Reps for both Kristin and the show wouldn’t comment on this. But Kristin will have a cameo on the season finale of “The Hills” next month because she popped up at Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag’s wedding. The sixth season of “The Hills” will premiere in the fall.

Matthew Brodrick and Sarah Jessica Parker are expecting twin daughters through a surrogate mother. The babies are due sometime this summer. Matthew and Sarah already have a 6-year-old son named James. Aapparently, their most recent attempts to procreate were unsuccessful. Matthew is 47 and Sarah is 44. The “Star” tabloid claims the woman is seven months pregnant, and that she was paid, “tens of thousands of dollars” to carry the twins.

Sarah Jessica Parker has confirmed that Chris Noth has signed on for the “Sex and the City” movie sequel. As usual, plot details are under wraps. Gilles Marini may also get to reprise his role as the naked guy next door. We also know Miranda’s husband Steve and Charlotte’s husband Harry have both signed on as well. The sequel is due in theaters May 28, 2010.

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt were on the dance floor of a Los Angeles club Monday night, when some drunk guy walked up and tried to grab her clevage. That’s when all hell broke loose. A source says that Doug pushed the guy and the guy’s friend responded by throwing a bottle at Doug’s head. He missed, but then all Doug’s friends pounced and a braw ensued.  Paris even got shoved into a crowd of people, but she didn’t get hurt. Oh, and we should probably mention this:  As soon as the fight broke out, the DJ started spinning Paris’ classic “Stars Are Blind”. Ha! In the end, several people involved in the fight were thrown out of the club. Paris and Doug were not among them. For the record, Doug’s rep says he was not involved in a fight at the club.  But Paris herself has confirmed that it happened. She said, “There was this drunk guy that tried to grab me and Doug came to my defense.  Doug and his friends were only trying to protect me.”

Chuck Wicks and Julianne Hough have been eliminated from “Dancing With the Stars”. Last night’s results show also included a performance by Robin Thicke. The final five dancers are Lil Kim, Ty Murray, Shawn Johnson, Gilles Marini, and Melissa Rycroft. Julianne will not be coming back as a professional dancer next season, she will be concentrating on her country music singing career.

You know how everybody’s been wanting the guy and girl from “Slumdog Millionaire” to hook up in real life?  Well, it may have finally happened in the Hot Rumor of the Day.  The mother of Dev Patel says her son is having relations with his co-star Freida Pinto.  She says, “Life can’t get any better for him.  Freida is really beautiful, and I am really happy for them.”

Nicole Ritchie’s boyfriend Joel Madden from Good Charlotte was trying to board a flight from London to Lisbon, Portugal on Saturday night, but they stopped him because of his arm tattoos. Joel recounted the incident on Twitter, “Was just told by a British Air person I can’t get on the plane till I cover my tatts. I really actually am in shock he won’t let me on the plane till I put long sleeves on and other B.A. rep is disagreeing.” Joel says he played the discrimination card, and threatened to write a nasty letter to the airline.  But he added, “The guy was literally disgusted by me.” In the end, Joel sucked it up and put on a long-sleeve shirt and they let him on the plane.  But he said, “Honestly I was embarrassed all the people were staring and laughing.  It’s not in the rules that I can find.” Nicole was pretty furious about the whole thing herself.  And she hit up her Twitter page to vent. She said, “All of Joel’s tattoos are spiritual.  Since when is expressing your love for God and family against what British Airways stands for?” Meanwhile, British Airways says the employee who harassed Joel is being reprimanded.  The airline added, “We don’t understand why the employee took it upon himself to enforce regulations that don’t exist.”

Snoop Dogg took the witness stand yesterday, in the $22 million civil suit filed against him by a fan who claims Snoop assaulted him back in 2005. Richard Monroe Jr. claims Snoop and his boys gave him a serious beat-down after he jumped onstage during a gig. Monroe says he was under the impression he had an “open invite” to come up on stage, but he obviously didn’t. Snoop told the court that he thought he was being attacked when Monroe jumped onstage.  He also denied a specific claim that he hit Monroe with a “brass-knuckle microphone”. Snoop testified that he didn’t know who hit Monroe. He said he only witnessed the fight for a moment before his security removed him from the stage. Instead, he put the blame on The Game who was also on the bill that night. A video of the incident shown during the proceedings seemed to back him up.  It supposedly showed The Game and his people in the middle of the action. It’s unclear what Snoop was seen doing in the video, if anything.

Theressa heard on the Z Morning Zoo this morning that we were giving away Nascar tickets! She showed up along with a few other cowards in Hampton Roads but was the ONLY one willing to get a full-blown Nascar Makeover to get tickets to the Nascar Lipton Tea 250 race at the Richmond International Raceway.  Everyone else left after they found out clippers and a mullet were involved!

Well that’s when Shaggy took away the clippers and told her that since she was WILLING to sit in that chair and get a mullet just for some Nascar tickets, that Z104 would reward her with a family four pack WITHOUT cutting her hair!!

 YAY!! Really??!  That is so awesome! Shwweeeew!!!  Theressa was excited that her son could now go to the races and not be embarrassed with his mama by his side and she would not have to get her daughter, a hairdresser, to fix that crazy mess!!

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt from “The Hills” turned their fake, stupid marriage into a real, stupid marriage. They had an official ceremony on Saturday in Pasadena, California. Over 200 guests showed up, including fellow worthless celebrities Audrina Patridge, Brody Jenner, Frankie Delgado and Kristin Cavallari (we hear she caught the bouquet). Lauren Conrad showed up, too but bolted from the church right after the ceremony. Here’s how “serious” Heidi and Spencer were about their big day: Before the ceremony, Spencer signed autographs in front of the church. And Heidi posted several messages on Twitter throughout the day. Yes, her wedding day.  She was on Twitter. Obviously, camera crews from “The Hills” were there and the wedding will air as the season finale sometime next month. Five months ago, Heidi and Spencer got married in Mexico. It was never quite clear if that wedding was legit.

Salma Hayek and her baby-daddy, Francois-Henri Pinault, got married in a quickie civil ceremony in Paris on Valentine’s Day.  But over the weekend, they got married again in Venice. And this time, they did it up right. Guests included Penelope Cruz, Edward Norton, Woody Harrelson, Olivier Martinez, Luis Miguel, Ashley Judd, Charlize Theron, Stuart Townsend, Bono, David Blaine, Ziyi Zhang and former French President Jacques Chirac.  I suppose the cool thing to do is get married two times in Hollywood.

Katy Perry and Travis McCoy are giving it another try. They broke up in December, after a year together.  But McCoy says, “The break-up sucked.  We’re back together now.  We were moving way too fast.  I was being juvenile about the entire thing.”

Miley Cyrus is caught between a rock and a hard place. The “New York Daily News” says that Miley has decided she wants to get back together with Nick Jonas but she doesn’t know how to tell her boyfriend, Justin Gaston. A source says Miley and Nick are spending, “more and more time together” including some quality time at Nick’s house recently, in which they made out in his bedroom. According to the “source”, Nick is putting the pressure on Miley to set things right as soon as possible, “She doesn’t know how to tell Justin that they’re over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He’s a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon.  He’s being tough about it.” Miley has already denied all of this on Twitter, “Justin and Nick are two very amazing people and they both mean so much to me.  I love both of them so much, and they are both very dear to my heart.  Justin is an amazing person!  He can always make me laugh and has a heart of gold. Nick is so lovely.  He reaches out to so many people with his music, not only with his talent but with his heart.  Our love for music is something that keeps our friendship together and I know no matter what he will be my friend forever.”  So where is the denial that you and Nick want each other?

Kelly Monaco’s penthouse apartment in Las Vegas was robbed early Thursday morning while she was in it! Kelly was awakened at around 4:00 A.M. Thursday by the sound of a burglar in her living room.  She hid behind her bed, but the guy never came into the bedroom. Kelly emerged from her room when she heard the burglar leave, and found the place trashed.  She called the cops, who did fill out a burglary report.  But nobody’s saying what was stolen. Kelly has hired personal security to watch the place while she’s in Vegas which will probably be for a few more months.  Kelly is on a break from her soap, “General Hospital”, to do a show at Planet Hollywood called “Peepshow”. You also remember her as the champion from the first season of “Dancing With the Stars.”

Casey Aldridge, Jamie Lynn Spears’ baby-daddy, flipped his pickup truck in Louisiana yesterday morning, as he and four friends were returning home from a fishing trip. The accident occurred at about 1:30 A.M. Sunday.  Police have charged Casey with careless operation of a motor vehicle, which is a misdemeanor.  Alcohol does not appear to have been a factor. Police say Casey and two of his passengers were actually ejected from the vehicle.  The other two refused medical treatment. Casey suffered some mild brain trauma in the form of a skull fracture around his hairline.  He was airlifted to a hospital, but he’s expected to make a full recovery.  The other passengers suffered injuries, but none as bad as Casey’s. He’ll be kept in the hospital for a few days for observation.  Jamie Lynn is there with him.

Apparently Eminem’s camp has a pretty good sense of humor. In a promotional stunt, they seem to have created a website and phone number for a rehab center that is COMPLETELY PHONY!  Check out the details below:
