Rihanna will testify at Chris Brown’s preliminary hearing on June 22nd. After a hearing yesterday, her attorney said, “The judge advised me that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing. She will definitely comply.” When she does so, she’ll be face-to-face with the man who allegedly assaulted her back in February. Chris’s attorney said, “He has to be there any time a witness is called.”
It turns out Gisele Bundchen is not pregnant. Reporters caught up with her husband, Tom Brady, after he finished practice with the New England Patriots yesterday, and asked him if it was true. He shook his head and said, “One is enough. I’ve got dogs. That’s all I need.”

Chris Brown has addressed the public for the first time since he allegedly beat up Rihanna via two YouTube videos running a grand total of 54 seconds. In the first one, Chris announced that he’s got a new album called “Graffiti” coming out soon. Then he added, “We ain’t going nowhere. Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love y’all. I ain’t a monster.” In the second clip, he denies blog reports that he’s sporting a mysterious black eye. Bow Wow appears in the videos with him.
Beyonce needs to up the security at her shows! While performing at the O2 Arena in London, Beyonce and Jay-Z had a too close for comfort confrontation with a fan. The man reportedly snuck into a backstage waiting area and when the couple came into view, went nuts! A witness explained that he “barged through the backstage door just as Beyoncé was walking past” and that the guy “cried out her name with his arms outstretched before security bundled him back out again. He said he wanted to see Jay-Z to give him a demo tape.”
Since about 9.8 million people are apparently fascinated by Jon and Kate Gosselin’s crumbling marriage judging by the ratings of their TLC reality show, “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ here’s the latest speculation. The “National Enquirer” is reporting that a divorce is underway and that their goal is to have a legal separation in place by July 15th because, “Kate wants to move on quickly.” It’s unclear where she’s “moving on” to since they have eight young kids together, and are currently starring in a reality show that is just one episode into a 40-episode season. But a so-called “insider” says one hang-up in the process could be divvying up their money. That’s because the Gosselins’ are reportedly worth, “easily $10 million.” Supposedly, they rake in $75,000 per episode and TLC is pumping those out. As of today, 93 episodes have already aired, with at least 39 more in the pipeline. Plus, they get $20,000 per “speaking engagement.” The insider says,”Jon and Kate will be fighting over it like cats and dogs!”
The “New York Times” has published a shocking expose, claming that employees of one of “American Idol’s” biggest corporate sponsors cheated to sway the final “Idol” vote in favor of Kris Allen. On the night of the last performance show, AT&T workers showed up at two large Kris Allen support parties, in his home state of Arkansas. They passed out free phones, with free text messaging capabilities so that everyone could vote, non-stop, for Kris. The “Times” claims the AT&T employees taught the fans how to do something called “power texting,” which allows you to send 10 or more simultaneous texts, at the push of a single button. That would be against “Idol” rules. After every episode, “Idol” flashes a disclaimer in super-small print saying that blocks of votes using “technical enhancements” are forbidden and will be thrown out. AT&T IS owning up to all this except they don’t specifically address the “power texting” accusation. Regardless, though, they don’t think it impacted the final vote. The company has released this statement: “In Arkansas, a few local AT&T employees were invited to attend two local watch parties organized by the community. Caught up in the enthusiasm of rooting for their hometown contestant, they brought a small number of demo phones with them and provided texting tutorials to those who were interested. Going forward, we will make sure our employees understand our sponsorship celebrates the competition, not individual contestants. That said, it’s quite a leap to suggest that a few individuals could have impacted the final results.” Fox and the producers of “American Idol” also released a statement, backing up the claim that the final outcome wasn’t affected, “We are absolutely certain that the results of this competition are fair, accurate and verified. Kris Allen is, without a doubt, the American Idol. We have an independent third-party monitoring procedure in place to ensure the integrity of the voting process. In no way did any individuals unfairly influence the outcome of the competition.”
I’ve been hearing about this personal trainer for awhile now named Tracy Anderson. You may have seen her on Celebrity gossip sites kickin’ it with the likes of Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow. Well, until now the only way you could workout with her was if you lived in New York City and had a cagillion dollars. Not anymore! She just recently released some dvd’s for the rest of us non-celebs. I read in a recent Vogue that these were indeed out and ready to purchase so I bought the Dance Cardio one. Oh. My. God. I did it today for the first time and I’m not even gonna lie I didn’t even finish it! hahahaha. Dude, I mean no lie this short little thing kicked my ass. Anyway, it just made me realize that even though I think I’m fairly in shape and kill cardio at the gym boy oh boy was I wrong. My new goal in life is to master this workout hahaha. T.I. and longtime girlfriend Tiny are now man and wife. T.I., real name Clifford Harris, and Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, were married in a secret wedding ceremony last Friday on an island that was on the outskirts of Miami. She is the mother of two of T.I.’s kids and they’ve been together since 2001. A source said, “It’s been a crazy situation around here with all that has been taking place. In regards to Tiny and T.I., yes they are officially husband and wife. It recently took place in a very private ceremony with only members of the immediate family and certain members of the Grand Hustle family.” The wedding was positioned as a family trip to the media, but doubled as a wedding. T.I. checked into a federal prison in Forrest City, Arkansas on Tuesday. He’s serving a 366-day federal prison sentence for attempting to by illegal machine guns and silencers from undercover agents in October of 2007.
Second-runner up on “American Idol” Danny Gokey says he’d like to try “Dancing With The Stars.” He was home in Milwaukee last night to raise awareness and money for his charity – Sophia’s Heart Foundation. He said he’d like to do more reality TV if it gives the foundation more exposure. Meanwhile, “Dancing With the Stars” winner Shawn Johnson says Randy Jackson asked her to sing on “American Idol.” But she declined. She’s been offered book and movie deals, but is on the fence about competing in the 2012 London Olympics. She is currently a high school junior.
Janice Dickinson made a surprise appearance on “Finland’s Next Top Model” and not surprisingly, she was messed up before she even got to the house. Once inside, she proceeded to slur a host of profanities, insult some of the girls, and then fall down a flight of stairs. Janice did, however, return to the house the following day and apologize profusely to the girls. She also explained why she behaved like she did. She claimed she wasn’t just on a bender. She said she had a glass of champagne, and then accidentally took a sleeping pill instead of a Vitamin C tablet. She also claimed she didn’t even remember the things she said.
Mike Tyson’s 4-year-old daughter Exodus died yesterday morning about 24 hours after she accidentally hung herself on a treadmill at the family home in Phoenix, Arizona. A spokesman for the Phoenix Police Department said, “I was just advised by investigators that Exodus Tyson was pronounced deceased at 11:45 A.M. today at the hospital. Our sympathies go out to the family. I cannot release any other information.” Exodus somehow got tangled up in a power cord that was hanging from the treadmill, while her mother was cleaning in another room. The child’s 7-year-old brother was the one who found her. Exodus spent the night on life support at St. Joseph’s Hospital. The mother is a 34-year-old woman named Sol Xochitl. A neighbor says that Sol and Mike Tyson don’t live together anymore, but are still a couple. Tyson was in Las Vegas at the time of the accident, but rushed home Monday night to be with his daughter. Tyson has yet to comment on his daughter’s death.

Mel Gibson’s Russian girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva really is pregnant. Mel said it himself last night on “Leno”. He didn’t say how far along Oksana is, or if he knows the sex of the baby. This will be Mel’s eighth child. He has seven with estranged wife Robyn. He told Jay, “I guess I’m Octo-Mel.” Mel also made sure to clarify that Oksana is not a home wrecker. He said that his marriage was over three years ago and he and Robyn have been separated ever since. He added, “These things happen. It’s unfortunate, it’s sad, but you know she is an admirable woman we still got kids together, we’re friends.” Meanwhile, he says he didn’t even know Oksana until last year. He got to know her after he signed her to his record label. He says he heard her voice before he ever saw her. And he took all the blame for the end of his marriage. He said, “Look, when it’s all said and done, I did a pretty good hatchet job on my marriage myself. I’m to blame. If you’re inclined to judge, put it here.”
This isn’t official yet, but online reports indicate that Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are expecting their first kid together. Tom already has a 20-month-old son with his ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan. Tom and Gisele got married in February in Santa Monica, California and then had another ceremony on Costa Rica last month.
Robert Pattinson attended an AIDS benefit last Thursday at the Cannes Film Festival in France and they convinced him to auction off a kiss on the cheek to the daughter of the highest bidder. By the time the bidding was over, Pattinson had offered two kisses and each one sold for $28,000. There’s no word who the winning bidders were.

He has ended his relationship with the record company where he made most of his biggest hits and went from rap artist to president, and back to artist again. “I can honestly say, working with Doug Morris and LA Reid has been a unique and fulfilling experience and I respect them immensely,” Jigga said, referring to the label’s higher-ups. “I’ve been in the family for almost my entire career. Doug and I spoke directly and had one of the most unique ‘negotiations’ ever. Doug won the toss but, we both won in the end. “I thank him for allowing me to be a completely independent artist. Not every artist can say they own or are given the opportunity to own all of their music.” Last year, Jay-Z and Live Nation struck a wide-ranging deal that included touring, publishing and albums. Jay-Z had owed Def Jam one more record.
Gene Simmons has asked Adam Lambert to join Kiss on tour. He has been a fan all season, and calls Adam “a powerful and attractive man.” Lambert says he’s interested. He’d also like to collaborate with Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and Madonna.
Every year, the first single that the new “American Idol” winner has to release is the single that’s forced upon them by the show. And every year, you can tell the judges hate it. Well, this year’s song “No Boundaries” was more of the same. But it just so happens that it was co-written by Kara Dioguardi. Yesterday, all the judges were talking with RyanSeacrest and Simon Cowell attacked it. He said, “By the way, how awful was that song, though? Mountains, hurricanes, rivers, oceans, it’s probably the most clichéd song I’ve ever heard in my life.” Even Randy Jackson piled on saying “Let’s not talk about the song, Ryan. My mom said if you have nothing good to say, don’t say anything.” Kara defended “No Boundaries”, saying, “It’s a song about dreams and attaining the impossible and what these kids go through to get his far is extraordinary.”
Chris Brown has been busy working on a new album since the February 8 altercation with Rihanna that led to his two felony assault charges. Among the tracks is “Trapped in a Dream,” a song he hopes will include a guest appearance by a country star. “Maybe we’ll see an appearance from Carrie Underwood or someone like that,” Robert Allen, a writer and producer currently working with Brown, told E! Online Wednesday night at the BMI Pop Awards in Beverly Hills. “It’s that kind of song.”
