First an engagement ring and now a new place! Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz are moving in together! Sources say that the couple have just bought Lenny Kravitz’s penthouse in NYC for $14.5 million! Quite the love nest! Other people like Nicole Kidman and Denzel Washington have lived in that complex as well.

Samantha Harris will NOT be returning to DWTS when it goes into its 10th season in March! She decided to leave in order to focus on her job at The Insider and Entertainment Tonight Weekend. She said, “Dancing With the Stars could not have been more of a dream job. I loved every single second of it and I’ve made lifelong friends at the show.” Her co-host Tom Bergeron is hoping she will come back as a contestant! He said, “I’ve been known to try to twist arms behind the scenes, I’m hoping this frees her up for us to have her as a contestant.” Rumor has it that Paula Abdul will take her place!

Sex and the City fans…GET EXCITED! Rumor has it that a THIRD Sex and The City movie will begin shooting soon! The reason behind the rush is to get the third movie done before the girls Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, and Sarah Jessica Parker look too old! A source reveals: ” The third movie is a go. It’s under wraps for publicity reasons. It makes sense to film the second & third movies back to back. The characters will look a lot younger on screen when the third movie is out in a couple of years. They’re keen to look as young as possible because that movie will be their last. They want to go out on a high.”

Alicia Keys had a lot to smile about on her 29th birthday January 25: an engagement ring from Swizz Beatz! A friend tells UsMagazine that Swizzy proposed with a 7-carat ring right before her big day. The couple was photographed strolling on a Hawaii beach the day of the proposal, January 24. There’s just one problem with this whole thing: Swizz is still married!! He is currently divorcing wife Mashonda. Now Alicia’s rep denies she is engaged, but another friend reveals, “They are currently in Hawaii celebrating the engagement and her birthday. She feels blessed. She is thrilled. She is with the man who has inspired so much of her music and her new album The Element of Freedom.“

In a recent interview, Joe Jonas revealed that he is trying to patch things up with old girlfriend Taylor Swift. He explained that they recently reconnected, which he thought was good. He also said that he hopes she wins a Grammy since she “deserves” it. However, from a source in Nashville, we heard Taylor’s romance with John Mayer could be heating up. They were both at the CMT Crossroads taping on Tuesday night. “Her and John Mayer have something because she was on his bus all day and right after the show. They went out to lunch Tuesday and she was by herself on his tour bus all day. They just took her back on there after too. They way she kept looking at him too she was all about it!”

Jennifer Lopez will appear in an upcoming episode of “How I Met Your Mother”. According to a press release, she’ll play a self-help guru who will attempt to cure Neil Patrick Harris’ character, Barney, of his womanizing ways. There’s no airdate yet, but it’s expected to be on sometime in March. She also has a new track called “Everybody’s Girl” has hit the web. Supposedly, it’ll appear on her next album, “Love?”, which is expected to come out in April.

“Grey’s Anatomy” star Ellen Pompeo says her days as Meredith Grey are numbered. She told TV Guide, “I have two more seasons and will finish the show when my contract is up.” I guess if she leaves, there is still a Grey on there, Lexie played by Hampton Roads’ own Chyler Leigh.

A few weeks ago Tricia and I went to NYC to see Lady Gaga (unsuccessfully) but here are some pics from the trip! The lady in red is my best friend Melody! We’ve been friends since the 7th Grade…no lie! She lives in NYC so she let us crash at her place for the weekend! We went to dinner at a place called Room Service. In the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, a guidette in the nude is a hot commodity now that “Jersey Shore” has hit it big, and there are currently some naked shots of cast member J-Woww being shopped around. She’s topless in all of the pictures, and one photo shows her in a teensy waist wrap that does absolutely nothing to actually cover up that Jersey booty.

Tila Tequila says she’s pregnant and she’s confirmed it on her blog. “The big news everyone: Tila Tequila is officially pregnant, 100% confirmed!!! And this baby was no ‘accident’ either!” Tila is shopping an ultrasound around she says proves she’s having a baby. As for who the father is, she says the baby daddy is “a Swedish man – gorgeous.” No word on if it was a ‘natural conception’ or not. Tila said, “I hope it’s a boy but I’m not gonna find out ’cause I don’t wanna know. But if it’s a boy the name is Jayden. A girl – it’s Violet.” Apparently, this is what her late fiance, Casey Johnson, wanted for her,  so that’s why she got herself pregnant.

Tyra Banks has been busy since she “quit” her talk show. She is looking for young, sexy and plus-size girls. She’s calling it Tyra’s Fiercely Real Teen Model Search. To enter, you need to be between the ages of 13 and 19, have a dress size between 12 and 20, and be 5-foot-9 to 6-foot-1. She’s currently taking applications on her website. The finalists will be revealed on “The Tyra Banks Show” on March 2nd, and the winner will be announced the next day. 

Lady Gaga’s contract rider for her upcoming Irish concerts next month stipulates “non-smelly cheese on ice” and “a cleaner to completely bleach the backstage area before she arrives” as well as a tarot card reader and a spiritualist.” Her rep is calling the leaded rider “bogus.”

While Elin Nordegren has made her mandatory trip to Mississippi to visit sex-rehabbing husband Tiger Woods, the truth about how she learned of Tiger’s affair with Rachel Uchitel has come out. Or, at least, the tabloid version of the truth in today’s Big Fat Rumor of the Day. Tiger reportedly convinced Rachel to speak to Elin personally and convince her that nothing was going on, but riding her own suspicious instincts, Elin waited until Tiger was asleep (on Ambien) one night and went through his sent text messages until she found one to Rachel that read, “You are the only one I’ve loved.” So what did she do? She sent a text from Tiger’s phone that said, “I miss you, when are we seeing each other again?” Rachel responded, unaware that she just admitted to the late night text communication that they had become used to together. Elin followed her text up with a call to her husband’s mistress, who answered the phone, believing it was Tiger on the other end. When Elin said, “I knew it was you,” Rachel reportedly said, “Oh, f***!” and hung up the phone. I didn’t know Elin played it so dirty. Good girl!

“American Idol” recently filmed the Hollywood Week episodes, which whittled this year’s contestants down to the Top 24. One of those sites that claim they have the leaked top 24 now claim that there was a change in the top 24 over the weekend. Supposedly, “Idol” producers booted a finalist named Michael “Big Mike” Lynche, because his father “confirmed” it to a newspaper. Obviously, that violated a confidentiality agreement. Big Mike auditioned in Orlando, but wasn’t shown on last Wednesday’s episode. Big Mike’s mother is a columnist for the “St. Petersburg Times” the same paper that his dad supposedly blabbed to. For what it’s worth, that site claimed that Big Mike was, “THE favorite in Hollywood this year.” They say a guy named Antwan Michael replaced him. 

Representatives for two members of the “Jersey Shore” cast say that contract negotiations with MTV are going, “smoothly” and are denying a rumor that MTV has threatened to replace anyone who holds out for more money. MTV told them that their last offer – $10,000 per episode each, plus a $10,000 signing bonus – was their final offer, and they had until last night to agree to the terms.  Anyone who agreed could stay. Anyone who didn’t was gone. The entire cast is contractually obligated to do a second season, so MTV doesn’t have to give them a raise at all, but in situations like this, when a show becomes a runaway hit, the network usually does something to reward the cast. Sources say that MTV already has replacements lined up if needed.

The extravagant 16th birthday party that Puff Diddly Pooh threw for his son, Justin, went down in New York City on Saturday night. We mentioned on Friday that Diddy had asked guests to donate to Haiti instead of bringing presents, but he didn’t follow his own advice. He gave Justin a $10,000 check to open a bank account. Conveniently, Justin then announced that he’d be donating the check to Wyclef Jean’s Yele Haiti charity. But he also gave his son a brand new, silver Maybach worth about $360,000!! The Maybach is staying with Justin, naturally. Footage from the party will appear in an episode of MTV’s “My Super Sweet 16″ in March.

The Brad Pitt / Angelina Jolie breakup rumors have been a daily thing for years now. The story is your typical split rumor, except for this: The “News of the World” claims that Brad and Angelina went to some top divorce attorneys and hashed out an agreement to split their money and custody of the kids. Sources say they’ll divide their estimated $330 million fortune down the middle and they’ll share time with their six children, with Angelina having full, physical custody. Supposedly, the document was signed early this month, and Brad and Angelina should be announcing their split sometime in the near future. Of course, there are anonymous sources who claim this story is garbage. One calls it, “totally false” while another says that, “Everything is fine” between Brad and Angelina. And “People” magazine says they had a romantic dinner together at some French restaurant back on January 2nd.

Obviously, we all know that one of the restrictions on Tiger Woods while he’s in sex rehab is no women. A journalist named Benoit Denizet-Lewis has been talking to the press about Tiger lately, because he’s a former sex addict himself. And he spent time at the Mississippi clinic where Tiger’s been staying – Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services – so he knows what the program is like. He claims that patients sign a celibacy contract that keeps them from having any sexual contact with others or themselves. He says, “The contract says you won’t have sex or mastur**** while you’re there.” Tiger’s wife, Elin Nordegren, spent several days with Tiger in rehab last week. A source says, “The marriage is not over. They both want to save it.” And a clerk at the local Turtle Creek Mall claims to have seen Elin shoe shopping there Wednesday afternoon.

The cast of “Jersey Shore” is holding out for a big second-season pay increase. MTV originally offered them $5,000 per episode each, plus a $10,000 signing bonus. But after they said no and vowed to stick together, MTV bumped their offer up to $10,000 per season. The cast has yet to respond to that proposal. Technically, they’re all contractually obligated to come back, so MTV could just tell them to suck it up. But the show has become a huge hit for them, and they obviously want to keep everybody happy. The show premiered to 1.4 million viewers last month. Last Thursday’s season finale had 4.8 million viewers.

Dwayne Johnson stopped by Jimmy Kimmel last week and they talked about his commonality with President Barack Obama. Not only did they go to rival high schools out in Hawaii, but it seems Mrs. Obama has a little crush on The Rock. Skip forward to 3:19 to that part of the conversation.

Doesn’t that place look so peaceful!? Can we just beam ourselves there right this second? I want a beach, sand, water and warmth! Sounds so nice right now…Anyway…I woke up to THIS little face in my face this morning:

How cute is Nala!? And she’s always SO excited when I wake up in the morning. She seems to sigh deeply whenever I hit the snooze button. Such a sweet pup! Speaking of sleep and all that fun stuff…I’ve quit caffiene! I’m on Day 4. Not only have I quit coffee, diet coke, etc. but I’ve also quit alcohol. It’s a 10 day detox. I know, I’m nuts…but I just wanted to get the stuff out of my system! I was drinking 4 cups of coffee a day plus a diet coke! Not healthy.

 I’ve had awesome headaches and mood swings! My husband has been really excited about the mood swing part of it…love you Joe!
