The Emmy’s were on Sunday night & Tom Hanks’ wife showed up looked like a chandelier! Yes, I just wrote that! But let’s be serious…there’s A LOT of crystals going on at once!

I think it’s the shoes that throw me off- big time! Who is her stylist? Oye. What do you think of them?

The ladies of Mad Men were looking gorgeous! I especially loved January Jones’ dress. Such a powerful dress! And unique!

In the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, Snooki’s boyfriend, Jeff Miranda, has proposed. But he didn’t do it in person. He got down on one knee on the cover of “Steppin’ Out” magazine. And he was shirtless, not surprisingly. Jeff said,
“I want us to be together forever. I could see us having children. I want to pop the question to her. If we got married we would be the best parents around. She’s so loving and puts everyone else before herself. She’ll be a great mother”. He also said, “Once she deals with the shock I think she’ll say yes. I really do. In fact, I know she’ll say yes”. No one knows what Snooki’s response is yet.

Sometimes rumors are right on. ABC officially announced the cast of the next season of “Dancing with the Stars”, and here it is: Bristol Palin, David Hasselhoff, “The Situation” from “Jersey Shore”, former NFL Quaterback Kurt Warner, former NBA player Rick Fox, Brandy, Michael Bolton, “Dirty Dancing” actress Jennifer Grey, “Brady Bunch” mom Florence Henderson, Audrina Patridge, Comedienne Margaret Cho, Disney star Kyle Massey.

Paris Hilton was officially charged yesterday with felony cocaine possession. She could be looking at four years in prison if convicted. Remember, Paris and her boyfriend, Cy Waits, were allegedly toking in an Escalade on the Las Vegas strip. Cops saw smoke coming out of the windows and stopped them in front of the Wynn Hotel. With a crowd of about 100 people gathering around the Escalade, Paris asked to use a bathroom at the Wynn. An officer followed her into the hotel. Paris went into her purse to get some lip balm, and the coke fell right out. The cop said the coke literally fell, “from the purse and into my hand”. Paris also had rolling papers in her purse as well as half a tablet of Albuterol. Paris admitted that the Albuterol was hers, but said she had a prescription for it. As we heard yesterday, she claimed that she’d borrowed the purse from a friend, and the coke wasn’t hers. She said she saw it in the purse, but thought it was gum. Ladies, before you lend your purse out, don’t you empty the contents?

Just two weeks after Kanye West said that he wanted to collaborate with Raekwon of Wu-Tang Clan and hip hop’s golden child, Justin Bieber. Well the track has dropped. It’s a remix of Justin’s song “Runaway Love” and is basically just a mash-up of “Runaway Love” and “Wu Tang Clan Ain’t Nuthing Ta (eff)  Wit” by Wu-Tang, of course.

I know you typically make New Year’s Resolutions but I figured with any kind of change heading your way…it’s a good time to evaluate where you are in your life & start the season on a positive note…thus Fall Resolutions! Here they are:

1- Get back on track with eating healthy & working out. Joe and I have been traveling so much this summer (and we’ve had a lot of guests come through too) that it has been hard to stay on a healthy path! I have decided that I am going to become more consistent about going to Hot Yoga! This Summer I’ve been so sporadic with my attendance (no good!) and I can feel myself become weaker & have felt waistline expanding (not good, not good at all!) I feel like a marshmellow!

2- Get organized. Half the time I can’t find anything AND I feel like I am constantly flying by the seat of my pants! I need to get my calender in order & keep up with plans that I have made. I’m not typically an organized person but it’s getting to the point where I feel like I am driving myself coo coo…so time to get ORGANIZED. Anyone want to help me!? HA!

3- Save MORE money! I want a house. Bad. I am tired of my condo neighbors who think it’s cool to bang around and throw stuff around into the night. I really have no idea what they’re doing over there & I am not sure I want to know…but it is LOUD and I’m over it. Plus, we need more space. Two dogs, two adults, a little one, and a cat…lots of people/animals crammed into one space at the same time.

4- This one is random. Send more cards. I love getting mail…like REAL mail that you can OPEN with your hands (not mail that you open via your inbox on the computer!) I just think it shows people that you truly care. You care so much that you took the time to go pick out a card, write in it, buy stamps and send it off on its merry way! There’s just something special about getting mail from people that you care about.

Anyway, hopefully I can keep up with my Fall Resolutions! Have a great week!

Paris Hilton was arrested in Las Vegas Friday night for cocaine possession. Police pulled over a black Escalade on the Las Vegas strip shortly before midnight, after they saw what they thought was pot smoke billowing out of the windows. Paris was inside the car, and her boyfriend Cy Waits was driving.  Police allegedly found cocaine in Paris’ purse, and hauled her in on a possession charge. Cy was booked for DUI. She went to grab some lip balm out of her purse, and out fell a bindle of cocaine in a small plastic bag. Not surprisingly, Paris’ attorney is trying to downplay her arrest. Paris allegedly told the cops the cocaine wasn’t hers and neither was the purse. Supposedly, she borrowed a friend’s purse at the last minute, because hers didn’t match her outfit. Paris used the it wasn’t mine excuse when she got busted for pot possession at the World Cup in South Africa. She claimed the weed belonged to someone in her entourage and it worked. Paris also got caught with pot this summer on the French island of Corsica. She wasn’t charged there, either.

Madonna wants to tour with Lady GaGa, because she’s absolutely obsessed with her. Source says “She thinks she is the most cutting-edge star to come out of pop in ages and desperately wants to work with her.  Basically Gaga can name her price.”

“I’ll Make Love to You, On a Carnival Cruise”

We’ve heard before that in his African nation, it’s legal for Akon to have his three wives, but now in the Big Fat Rumor of the Day Akon reportedly has another girl. The insider claims that the young lady, who used to be an exotic dancer is actually married to Akon. She goes by the name Unique and has been going around Atlanta telling people that she and Akon are married.
 

 
We heard from Nick Cannon yesterday, but now we’ve got more evidence today that Mariah Carey is pregnant. She issued the following statement yesterday “I appreciate everyone’s well wishes. But I am very superstitious. When the time is right, everyone will know.”
 

“Dancing with the Stars” cast will be officially announced during “Bachelor Pad” on Monday night. We’ve heard about David Hasselhoff, Audrina Patridge, Brandy, and “The Situation” are all supposedly going to be on the new season as well. But now we’ve heard a few new names to put on the list. 19 year-old Bristol Palin is reportedly signed on. Other rumored names include NBA player Rick Fox, Jennifer Grey from “Dirty Dancing,” the mom from “Brady Bunch,” Florence Henderson and comedienne Margaret Cho. However the one that we’ve heard is literally begging to be on the show is Octomom. Yep, Nadya Suleman has apparently launched a last minute campaign to get on the show.  She has had a strong interest in dance, and “Dancing with the Stars” is one of the few shows that she takes time to watch according to her lawyer. ”Dancing with the Stars” premieres on September 20th. 

Love on the set isn’t all what it’s cracked up to be. Not everyone can be happily married after meeting on the set of their new show like Sookie and Bill from “True Blood”. Naya Rivera who plays Santana on “Glee” took out her jealous rage on Puck, her former boyfriend Mark Salling. Although the two were never exclusive, Naya and a few friends keyed, egged and even threw dog food on Mark’s Lexus when she found out that he was seeing other girls. A source claims Naya “went crazy when she read about other girls. When Naya found out, she and some pals trashed his Lexus.” Mark later Tweeted that he doesn’t even drive a Lexus, but now there is security camera footage from the infamous night tells a different story. A source has come forward explaining there is “surveillance video from a local store” that shows a “mental” Naya purchasing eggs the same night Mark’s car was allegedly hit. Except no one has seen this video yet, so it’s all still hearsay! Mark’s friend, defended his behavior, “He’s on top of the world right now and living it up. Besides, it’s hard to call it infidelity when they weren’t officially together!”

I love my friends. One of my bff’s Nikki sent this to me the other day. Hahaha so horrible it’s great. Hope it brings you as much amusement as it brought me.

I know SEVEN people who are pregnant right now! YES! SEVEN!! That means 6 baby showers in the next few months (I went to the first one a few weeks ago…) I swear there is something in the water! A lot of people ask when Joe & I will start having babies. That’s a good question…I don’t really know. Some time in the future! I do know that much. Not FAR off in the future. But at some point we will!

 I am SO excited! My very amazing friend, Heather is arriving at Norfolk Int. Airport at 8:50pm TONIGHT! Heather worked at one of our sister radio stations in the building and moved to Atlanta a little over a year ago for another radio job! When she worked here we became incredibly close friends. I miss her terribly. This is the first time that she’s coming back into town (I saw her back in March in Atlanta) and I am excited to spend the time with her!

 We have some fun plans…Girls Night Out is happening tomorrow night. We’re starting at Havana’s for some of their famous nachos & then we’re headed to Sky Bar at the Oceanfront! I’ve talked about the nachos at Havana’s before…if you haven’t had them- you are MISSING OUT!

 Then on Saturday we’re going to be total BEACH BUMS! You will find us sunning ourselves for hours on end…just enjoying the weather! Not sure what is in store for Saturday night, but I am sure we will find something to get into!
