Sean Kingston was severely injured in a jet ski accident Sunday in Miami Beach. As of last night, he remained in critical condition, although he’s now stable and was moved from the trauma center to the intensive care unit, which is a good sign. A female who was riding with him was also hospitalized. There’s no word on her condition. Officials say Kingston crashed his jet ski into Palm Island Bridge. Police do not believe alcohol was involved. Sean and his passenger were rescued by some people who were on a boat nearby. One of the men said Kingston was convulsing and throwing up blood, but he was conscious. Watch the VIDEO of the man that rescued Sean talking about what happened.

Snooki ran into a problem with the cops in Florence, Italy, yesterday, literally, when she got into a car accident with a police car. Snooki rammed her car into the back of the cop car, with Deena riding shotgun. Fortunately, the accident wasn’t serious, but the two officers that were in the police car went to the hospital with minor injuries like “whiplash, bruises and cuts.” Snooki and Deena refused medical treatment. No one else was hurt. Interestingly enough, it wasn’t a coincidence that there was a police car in front of them. The cruiser was an escort that had been provided for their safety. Contrary to misleading reports online, Snooki was not arrested or “taken into custody.” She just went to the police station to fill out an accident report. Sources say, “zero alcohol was involved” but there’s no word if this will wind up on season 4 of “The Jersey Shore” or not.

Jose Canseco was hanging out on Twitter on Friday talking about how he wanted to find his next wife, and how he wished it could be Lady Gaga. Here are a few of his Tweets:

Jose’s infatuation with Lady Gaga has been an ongoing feature on his Twitter feed. Last week, he Tweeted, “I love Lady Gaga. Wish I could meet her. I’d marry her in a second. Lady Gaga is the truth, get used to it. If Lady Gaga did decide to shack up with Jose, she’d once again be copying something Madonna did 20 years ago. Madonna dated him between his two marriages.

Congratulations to Tony Romo and Candice Crawford. They got married in Dallas on Saturday. Candice is the sister of “Gossip Girl” star Chace Crawford. Among the 600 or so guests were past and present Cowboys Troy Aikman, Roger Staubach, Dez Bryant and Miles Austin. Candice’s brother was there, too, but there’s no word on any other celebrities.

Niecy Nash got married Saturday in Malibu. Her new husband is an electrical engineer by the name of Jay Tucker. Niecy’s wedding party included actresses Holly Robinson-Peete, Wendy Raquel Robinson, and Sheryl Lee Ralph, who was matron of honor. Also on hand were Niecy’s fellow “Dancing with the Stars” contestants Evan Lysacek and Erin Andrews, plus her “Reno 911″ co-stars.

Adrianne Curry and Christopher Knight met on the set of VH1’s “The Surreal Life” in 2004. Nobody expected it to last, and it didn’t. But it lasted a lot longer than anyone predicted. Adrianne and Christopher announced over the weekend that they’re separating after five years of marriage. And seven years as a couple. They made the announcement Sunday, which was their 5th anniversary. I forgot how big their age difference was. Adrianne is 28, Christopher is 53.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services just finished an investigation of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. The investigation was launched after someone anonymously complained that Mariah was drinking Guinness beer at the hospital after giving birth to her twins. She was trying to breastfeed them at the hospital. Well, the DCFS interviewed Mariah yesterday and she admitted to drinking the beer. But she said she was just following the advice of a hospital staffer who told her dark beer would assist the lactation process. I’ve had nurses and lactation consultants tell me the same thing. In any case, they let her off the hook.
 

 
For whatever reason, everyone seems to want to make 17-year-old Scotty McCreery and 16-year-old Lauren Alaina a couple. Perhaps that’s because they were “American Idol’s” youngest final two ever, they were both country singers from the South, and they definitely seemed to have a little “chemistry.” Lauren even kissed Scotty at the finale. But they insist they’re just friends. When asked if the kisses meant they were dating, Scotty said, “Oh, no. We’ve been getting that question a lot today. It’s more like the brother-sister thing. She told me before the show that she was gonna do that, kind of like a joke. She’s a character. But she’s lovely, we’re really close friends.” In another interview, Scotty said, “Every day’s been a special moment with Lauren. We’ve been together a whole lot. We talk about a lot of things. We’ve had a lot of special moments, but there’s no romance.” As for Lauren, she said, “I gave him a kiss, yes. I love Scotty, he’s my best friend, one of my best.”

Lil Wayne has a new girlfriend and maybe even a new fiance in the Big Fat Rumor of the Day! The new lady friend is an Italian girl named Dhea from Scottsdale, AZ that used to be a waitress. I say “used to” because she’s allegedly quit to tour the country at Weezy’s side. They were photographed together on the beaches of Miami and even courtside at a recent NBA game. Good luck to the happy couple!

Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend, New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphris, are engaged! It actually happened last Wednesday. Kim walked into her bedroom and found Kris down on one knee, with the words “Will You Marry Me?” spelled out in rose petals. She said yes, and he slipped a $2 million, 20.5-carat rock on her finger. It’s a 16.5-carat emerald cut center stone flanked by two, 2-carat trapezoids. If you’re a girl, you’re jealous. If you’re a guy, you have no idea what I just said. Kim shows off her ring on the cover of this week’s “People”. Kim says, “I didn’t expect this at all. I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now.” I’m not sure if the reality TV cameras were there to record this moment for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” but a source said they were. The new season premieres June 12th.
 

 
17-year-old country singer Scotty McCreery beat out 16-year-old country singer Lauren Alaina in the unofficial year of the country singer on “American Idol”. Ryan Seacrest said that 122.4 million votes were cast, which is a record and more than 750 million votes were cast throughout the season. After the announcement, Scotty said, “It’s been a year since Lauren and I tried out. We’ve been together since day one and we’re going to stay together. Never in my wildest dreams. I’ve got to thank the Lord first, he got me here.”

“X Factor” has already fired Cheryl Cole. She’s judged the British “X Factor” alongside Simon Cowell for the past three seasons. Nicole Scherzinger will replace her at the judges’ table. Nicole was originally supposed to co-host with Steve Jones. I’m not sure if they will bring someone else on to co-host with him or not yet. Supposedly, the producers were concerned that her accent was too British for Americans to understand. But there was another problem, Cheryl and Paula Abdul did not get along. It was much easier to send Cheryl back to the UK, than it was to separate Simon and Paula again.

Remember VH1’s ’90s sensation “Pop-Up Video”? Of course you do. It was the music video show where bubbles would pop up with various trivia “nuggets” and sarcastic remarks. It was all over VH1 from 1996 through 2002. Well, it’s coming back! VH1 has ordered 60 new episodes, which will start airing sometime this fall. Remember this one from R.E.M.? Classic!

Oh, by the way, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are writing a novel, and you’ll never believe what it’s about. Their publisher says it takes a look inside, “the lives of three gorgeous celebrity sisters, their complicated relationships with Hollywood, each other, and the glamorous lives they lead in front of the cameras and behind the scenes.” Sounds amazing. Can’t wait to read it.

“Jersey Shore” stars Ronnie and The Situation allegedly engaged in fisticuffs in Italy on Monday night. It’s unclear what happened, but it looks like Ronnie came out on top, because the pictures show The Situation with red marks on his face and Ronnie’s knuckles are a little beat up. The fight had something to do with an argument between Ronnie and Sammi, big surprise. That just means there will be even more drama between those two on the upcoming season. For the record, MTV confirmed that something happened to The Situation, but wouldn’t elaborate.

Model/actress Estella Warren went totally astronaut crazy Monday during a DUI incident. Estella was driving her Prius through Los Angeles Monday night just before midnight, when she slammed into three parked cars and tried to flee the scene. Somebody called the cops and they showed up pretty quickly, and that’s when Estella kicked one of the officers. Once they got her under control they gave her a field sobriety test, which she failed. So they hauled her in. But while she was being booked, she slipped her skinny wrists out of her handcuffs and took off out the back door of the station. She didn’t get too far. Estella was hit with four charges: DUI, assault, hit and run and felony escape. Bail was set at $100,000. A law enforcement source says, “She was really hammered.”

Hines Ward of the Pittsburgh Steelers is your “Dancing with the Stars” season 12 champion. He and partner Kym Johnson took the Mirrorball Trophy from Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy. What? That means the girl I picked from the beginning came in third place? Yes, Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas were eliminated first last night. This is Kym’s second championship. She also won season nine with Donny Osmond.
