But who? The porno company Vivid Entertainment received a letter Monday from a Tennessee lawyer who says he was retained by a, quote, “private party” to negotiate the buy back. While the buyer isn’t identified (my guess is uber stage mom Kris) the lawyer said that he or she, quote, “does not intend to distribute or broadcast the tape, but hopes to completely remove it from the market.” When will these Kardashians go away?!

Yesterday in L.A. Justin was rear-ended by a Honda Civic. No one was injured and there was no damage to either vehicle. Although I’m pretty sure the dude driving the Honda peed his pants.

Dancing With The Stars new cast announced!
Season 13 kicks off Sept. 19th. The cast is as follows: Rob Kardashian, Kristin Cavallari, Chaz Bono, Nancy Grace, Carson Kressley, Ricki Lake, Ron Artest, Chynna Phillips, David Arquette, J.R. Martinez, Elisabetta Canalis, and Hope Solo. Professional pairings will be announced tomorrow on Good Morning America.

Yeah, you read that right. Solange was FURIOUS after denied access to Club Cameo in Miami. She took to twitter (as most do) to rant about the situation. “A police officer just pulled a weapon on me…I have done NOTHING illegal, against the law, or anything of the sort.” Come to find out it was the 5 foot banana she was carrying around with her that was the real problem. The staff at Cameo told her she couldn’t bring in the inflatable fruit and the police then escorted her and the banana across the street. WTF is Solange smoking? A banana!?

Matthew Fox fights a female bus driver, and loses!
The wasted “Lost” actor Matthew Fox attempted to board a party bus in Cleveland, that he was not a part of. The bus driver, Heather Bormann repeatedly tried to stop him from boarding the bus. Matthew in his drunken haze wasn’t having it and proceeded to PUNCH her in the face and pelvic area!!!! SHE fought back! Hitting Fox across the face, he left with a bloody lip, and in handcuffs.

Top winners include: Nicki Minaj won best Hip Hop video for Super Bass, Britney won Best Pop Video fro Until The World Ends, Gaga picked up Best Female Video for Born This Way, but the big winner was Katy Perry. She collected a total of 3 awards which included the BIG one Video Of The Year for Firework. Why she decided to wear a block of cheese on her head to accept the award, I’ll never know.

Pitbull is currently being sued by Lohan for dissing her in his song Give Me Everything. “I got it locked up like Linsday Lohan” didn’t sit well with the hot mess starlet.  Pitbull apologized saying “I didn’t look to defame, degrade, or hurt someone’s career. For me, mentioning it on a #1 record around the world, I thought it would be helping someone’s career, and also keeping them relevant.” He went even further and has invited her to the Video Music Awards Sunday where he will be performing the same song she’s suing him over. Fresh out of jail DMX was arrested for going 102mph in Phoenix AZ.  He was arrested for reckless driving, and driving on a suspended license. The rapper plans to sue, claiming, “I was going 85 miles per hour … I know for a fact I didn’t go more than 90.” Yeah, ok you.
