Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas are dating. Demi gave it up to “Access Hollywood” host Billy Bush. Billy got the news out of Demi on his radio show the other day.  He asked, “So you’re dating him now?”  And she replied, eventually “Yeah, he is my best friend and he is incredible. He’s perfect.”

Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy are not as lucky in love – they h ave broken up.  So far, though, nobody’s saying what we’re all thinking:  That Jennifer finally realized just how far down she was dating. A source says, “It wasn’t contentious. It had kind of just run its course.” One of the things that kept them apart was their busy work schedules which is ironic, since they actually work together on Jennifer’s show, “The Ghost Whisperer”. But the source says Jennifer is also busy doing a Lifetime movie and promoting her new book, “The Day I Shot Cupid”. Doesn’t that also hold a bit of irony? She wrote a book called “The Day I Shot Cupid” …hmmm?

“The National Enquirer” is floating the possibility that Jeremy Renner, the star of “The Hurt Locker” is gay in the Big Fat Rumor of the Day. They claim that an early acting coach of Jeremy’s by the name of Melanee Wyatt recently told a reporter, ”I have never had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy’s boyfriend, but the fact that Jeremy is gay has never been a primary concern.” No comment yet from Jeremy. I’m sure he appreciated being “lanced” – Nick reminded us that’s what you call being thrown out of the closet before you’re ready courtesy of Lance Bass.

Jessica Simpson says she barely brushes her teeth, choosing instead to use antiseptic mouthwash. She admitted she embraces questionable dental hygiene efforts that could potentially haunt her later in life. She said for now, her teeth are fine. More irony for me, she’s the International Youth Ambassador for Operation Smile. Huh…interesting!

Ross Gellar from “Friends” is getting married again!! Okay, it’s the first time for David Schwimmer, but he is engaged to a British photographer named Zoe Buckman. They’ve been together for about three years. The two met while David was in London directing the comedy “Run Fatboy Run”. There’s no word on a wedding date. He’s 43 and she’s 24. Yes, that is 19 years difference – he’s old enough to be her dad.
