Halle Berry has found herself a new piece. She has been spotted with French actor Olivier Martinez. Halle and Olivier met this summer on the set of an upcoming movie called “Dark Tide”, and they were seen in Paris the other day, riding around on Olivier’s motorcycle, having dinner and kissing.

Snooki has gotten herself in a bit of trouble. A judge fined the “Jersey Shore” star $500 and ordered her to perform community service. She pleaded guilty to disturbing others on a beach in July. The judge suggested that she was trading her diginity for a pay check, and called her a “Lindsay Lohan wannnabe”.

Get excited ladies!!! Usher is kicking off his 25-date North American concert tour in November. He’ll be stopping through the 757, at the Norfolk Scope on December 11.

Fabolous, who is known for starting trending topics on Twitter with his tweets, lashed out at Soulja Boy after footage of him hit the net with Kat Stacks in a hotel room, allegedly using cocaine. “Lettin Kat Stacks in ur hotel room alone is #stupidboyswag”, and then tweeted “All u rappers pay attention, that right there is called #stupidboyswag AYYYYY”. Soulja Boy responded, “Fab is so motha(freaking) lame he pick the wrong week to beef, let’s see how much his new ‘EP’ sells 1st week. Garbage ass rapper”. Who’s side are you on?

For all you die hard “Twilight” fans, the two “Breaking Dawn” movies may not be where the “Twilight” saga ends. There are talks of a spin-off in the works. As some of you “Twilight” fans may already know, it would be based on Stephenie Meyer’s spin-off novella, “The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner”. Bree only appears in “Eclipse”, and she’s killed off after Dakota Fanning’s character, Jane, orders that she be destroyed. This is all we know at this point, and we’re not even sure yet if it’s true.

Bravo has confirmed that Danielle Staub is done with “The Real Housewives Of New Jersey”. Danielle says, “I’m way too good for this. They have used me about as much as I can be used. The bottom line is, they need me, I don’t need them. They don’t talk about anything but me. I don’t talk about them, at all.  I talk about me too!” Sources say Danielle was trying to get a spin-off of her own, Bravo said that’s not happening. Good try Danielle!

Lindsay Lohan was making a right turn at a red light while the woman and the stroller were in the crosswalk. Lindsay didn’t look both ways, and her car hit the stroller hard enough to knock three wheels into the air. After Lindsay completed her turn, she pulled over to the right side of the road and stopped for a second, but then she took off. The woman continued crossing the street while the kid in the stroller cried. Brayan Jaime who is know paparazzi, told TMZ he didn’t report the incident to police because he, “didn’t want to get involved.” Two witnesses told “People” magazine that Lindsay’s car never touched the stroller it just sped past it, and the kid was already crying before her car went by. The car ever-so-slightly tapped the stroller and that she was only going about one mile an hour. when Lindsay pulled over, she asked the woman pushing the stroller if everything was okay.  The woman said yes, so Lindsay left the scene. Kanye West apologized to Taylor Swift again, and announced that he has a gift for her. “I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that’s so beautiful and I want her to have it. If she won’t take it then I’ll perform it for her. She deserves the apology more than anyone. I’m ready to get out of my own way. The ego is overdone. Who am I to run on stage? Beyonce didn’t need that,  MTV didn’t need that, and Taylor and her family, friends and fans definitely didn’t want or need that.” In all, Kanye’s Twitter session included about 100 Tweets and lasted almost three hours. Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey had a pre-“Dancing with the Stars” physical. Doctors discovered a nodule in her neck that was cancerous. It was removed in two different procedures. she will require no follow-up treatment and was given a clean bill of health to be a part of this season’s cast.

On July 30th, it sounded like a done deal that Jennifer Lopez would replace Ellen Degeneres on “American Idol”. First it was she’s in, then maybe she’s not in, then she’s in again, then no one is in, then she’s in, but her contract is still being negotiated, and then she’s out because she’s such a diva. Now Jennifer’s “Idol” deal is imminent. Supposedly, she’s in the final stages of negotiations, and it’s all but a done deal unless there’s a last-minute snag. The deal could be closed by early next week. For the record, a source says she has not been a diva, “It’s been typical negotiating.”

When cocaine fell out of Paris Hilton’s purse and into the hands of a Las Vegas Police officer, Paris told the cop that the coke and the purse weren’t hers. But back in July, Paris Tweeted about an awesome new Chanel purse she’d just bought. She also posted a picture of it. Wouldn’t you know it happens to look excatly like the one she was carrying in Vegas last Friday. Sadly, we couldn’t find a clear, close-up shot of the purse from last Friday night in Vegas. But several media outlets are saying that it is the same style of purse. There are even reports that Paris told friends the purse was hers, but that she had loaned it to someone else for a while, and that person must have put the coke in it.

When T.I. was released from custody earlier this year, there was only one thing he needed to make sure he did…not get arrested! T.I. and Tiny were taken in and booked for suspicion of drug possession. They were released at 4:00 A.M. after posting $10,000 bail, each. After being released, Tiny posted a message on Twitter saying, “Jus wanted to say thank u to everyone dats been leaving encouraging msgs & prayers!  We love u guys   Going to bed now! So glad to be in a nice clean bed.” The L.A. Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that they’re testing pills that they think might be ecstasy, and added that, “no other drugs were found.” So yeah, that means despite smelling a strong odor of marijuana no pot was found. The issue is T.I. could do serious time for this. Five months ago, T.I. was released from custody after serving seven months in prison and three months in a halfway house on felony weapons charges. He’s on supervised probation through 2013. Naturally, the drug test is the first domino. If it comes back negative then he’s all good. If it’s positive, T.I. is definitely in danger of having his probation revoked. In the meantime, T.I.’s probation officer has asked him to return to Atlanta.

Kirstie Alley, who’s said she was scared to do the show, but might cave in if they ask her next time. Drew Carey, Suzanne Somers, Jamie Lee Curtis, Joel McHale from “The Soup”, and Tim Allen. There are numerous celebrities who have lobbied to be cast on the show. Sadly, there isn’t a list of those names, but a so-called source says, Melanie Griffith tries to get on every season.

Justin Bieber performed at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night and the show was packed with guest appearances. Everyone was going all out because footage from this concert is going to be included in Justin’s upcoming 3-D movie, which will hit theaters in February. At the beginning of the show, Justin told the crowd, “I’ve got a lot of surprises for you tonight.” Boyz II Men joined Justin for his song, “U Smile” and then busted out their classic, “On Bended Knee”, which they dedicated to Justin’s mom. Usher was there to sing “Somebody to Love” with Justin. Miley Cyrus performed “Overboard” with him. Jaden Smith was there to rap his part of their “Karate Kid” song, “Never Say Never”. Sean Kingston came onstage for their duet “Eenie Meenie”, and Justin closed the show out with “Baby”, and yea, Ludacris was there to join him as well.

Witness says he walked in on Ashton Kutcher making out with a hot, young blonde in the bathroom of an Italian restaurant called Madeo recently.”Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her. I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn’t Demi.” A friend of Demi’s says this is pretty much her worst fear come true because all along, Demi was told it would never work, that he’s going to cheat. When she finds out that it happened, she’ll be devastated. Ashton hit back on Twitter yesterday “I think ‘Star’ magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees.” Demi added, “Excellent point my love!” She also posted some bikini pics to prove that Ashton doesn’t need a younger girl.

Paris Hilton asked to use the bathroom during her traffic stop last Friday because she wanted to hide the cocaine in her most intimate OF areas. Remember, Paris and her boyfriend were pulled over on the Las Vegas Strip because cops saw pot smoke spewing out the windows of their SUV. Paris immediately asked to use the bathroom inside the nearby Wynn Hotel. A cop went into the hotel with Paris, and as she was rummaging through her purse for lip balm, the coke literally fell out of it and into the officer’s hand. Paris claimed she’d borrowed the purse from a friend, and the coke wasn’t hers. She claimed she didn’t even know it was in there. Source says Paris only asked to use the bathroom so she could stash the blow. It’s apparently not the first time she’s had illicit substances up in there. She’s also smuggled drugs through airports by putting them in condoms and inserting them into her… well, let’s just call it nature’s carry-on. Paris is not as dumb as she seems. She’s one of the most clever and manipulative people one can ever meet. She thinks quick, just like she did in Vegas. She has cat like reflexes. Paris travels all over the world and parties like a rock star.

Bethenny Frankel has officially quit Bravo’s “Real Housewives of New York City”, and will not be a regular cast member on the upcoming fourth season. Bethenny says “Last season was scary and painful. It took all the joy out of it.” Bethenny is contractually obligated to make appearances on Season Four. Bethenny starred on her own spin-off called “Bethenny Getting Married?” in which she did get married, and gave birth to her first child. Jeresey will be back for a third season and NYC will be back for a fourth season. On October 14th, Bravo will debut their sixth “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”. The cast will include  Camille Grammer, who just filed for divorce from husband Kelsey Grammer.

Paris Hilton was officially charged yesterday with felony cocaine possession. She could be looking at four years in prison if convicted. Remember, Paris and her boyfriend, Cy Waits, were allegedly toking in an Escalade on the Las Vegas strip. Cops saw smoke coming out of the windows and stopped them in front of the Wynn Hotel. With a crowd of about 100 people gathering around the Escalade, Paris asked to use a bathroom at the Wynn. An officer followed her into the hotel. Paris went into her purse to get some lip balm, and the coke fell right out. The cop said the coke literally fell, “from the purse and into my hand”. Paris also had rolling papers in her purse as well as half a tablet of Albuterol. Paris admitted that the Albuterol was hers, but said she had a prescription for it. As we heard yesterday, she claimed that she’d borrowed the purse from a friend, and the coke wasn’t hers. She said she saw it in the purse, but thought it was gum. Ladies, before you lend your purse out, don’t you empty the contents?

Just two weeks after Kanye West said that he wanted to collaborate with Raekwon of Wu-Tang Clan and hip hop’s golden child, Justin Bieber. Well the track has dropped. It’s a remix of Justin’s song “Runaway Love” and is basically just a mash-up of “Runaway Love” and “Wu Tang Clan Ain’t Nuthing Ta (eff)  Wit” by Wu-Tang, of course.

We heard from Nick Cannon yesterday, but now we’ve got more evidence today that Mariah Carey is pregnant. She issued the following statement yesterday “I appreciate everyone’s well wishes. But I am very superstitious. When the time is right, everyone will know.”
 

“Dancing with the Stars” cast will be officially announced during “Bachelor Pad” on Monday night. We’ve heard about David Hasselhoff, Audrina Patridge, Brandy, and “The Situation” are all supposedly going to be on the new season as well. But now we’ve heard a few new names to put on the list. 19 year-old Bristol Palin is reportedly signed on. Other rumored names include NBA player Rick Fox, Jennifer Grey from “Dirty Dancing,” the mom from “Brady Bunch,” Florence Henderson and comedienne Margaret Cho. However the one that we’ve heard is literally begging to be on the show is Octomom. Yep, Nadya Suleman has apparently launched a last minute campaign to get on the show.  She has had a strong interest in dance, and “Dancing with the Stars” is one of the few shows that she takes time to watch according to her lawyer. ”Dancing with the Stars” premieres on September 20th. 

Love on the set isn’t all what it’s cracked up to be. Not everyone can be happily married after meeting on the set of their new show like Sookie and Bill from “True Blood”. Naya Rivera who plays Santana on “Glee” took out her jealous rage on Puck, her former boyfriend Mark Salling. Although the two were never exclusive, Naya and a few friends keyed, egged and even threw dog food on Mark’s Lexus when she found out that he was seeing other girls. A source claims Naya “went crazy when she read about other girls. When Naya found out, she and some pals trashed his Lexus.” Mark later Tweeted that he doesn’t even drive a Lexus, but now there is security camera footage from the infamous night tells a different story. A source has come forward explaining there is “surveillance video from a local store” that shows a “mental” Naya purchasing eggs the same night Mark’s car was allegedly hit. Except no one has seen this video yet, so it’s all still hearsay! Mark’s friend, defended his behavior, “He’s on top of the world right now and living it up. Besides, it’s hard to call it infidelity when they weren’t officially together!”

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have remained silent since rumors began that singer was pregnant, now one report claims she is expecting. Supposedly, Carey is four months pregnant. Nick has been sharing the news only with close friends. On Monday, Cannon dodged the pregnancy question on his radio show, saying, “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it time and time again- when my wife feels like talking about whatever she wants to talk about, you will hear it directly from her.”

This week’s issue of “People” magazine contains the very first interview with Elin Nordegren since the chaos that erupted in her home last Thanksgiving, and the insanity that ensued. Elin says she did not hit Tiger Woods the night he tried to peel out of their driveway, and ended up hitting a fire hydrant and a tree. Elin says, “I’ve been through hell.” She adds, “It’s hard to think you have this life, and then all of a sudden you think was it a lie? But I survived. It was hard, but it didn’t kill me.” Elin admits she didn’t know a damn thing about Tiger’s “Restless Groin Syndrome”. She says, “I’m so embarrassed that I never suspected not a one. I felt stupid as more things were revealed. How could I not have known anything?” Elin will continue to live in Florida, and co-parent the kids with Tiger. She also plans to go back to college and get a degree in psychology. She may even be able to forgive Tiger someday.
