E! News host Giuliana Rancic announced yesterday that she has early stage breast cancer and she’s only 36. She made the announcement on the “Today” show, saying the cancer was caught back in August while she was preparing to try to get pregnant through in vitro fertilization. Her doctor insisted she get a mammogram as a precaution because pregnancy hormones could accelerate cancer if she had it. She said, “I wasn’t prepared to get a mammogram until I was 40 years old. I never in my wildest dreams expected anything to be wrong. I will be okay, because I found it early. I’m doing surgery this coming week, and then I go to radiation for six and a half weeks.” Giuliana, who’s married to the very first “Apprentice” winner Bill Rancic, also said she still plans to have a baby and even though it hasn’t even been conceived yet, she says that baby has already saved her life.

Selena Gomez got a restraining order against a 46-year-old man who threatened to kill her. Apparently, this guy was picked up for a mental evaluation last month on an unrelated matter, and that’s when he told a shrink he’d had conversations with God about killing Selena. This guy is weird. I don’t think this is the guy with the restraining order, but bizarre nonetheless.

Justin Bieber debuted his new song, “Mistletoe”. It’s the first single off his Christmas album, “Under the Mistletoe”, which hits stores on November 1st. Justin said, “Even though it’s a Christmas album, it’s probably my best album yet. I got a lot of different genres on there, so I think it works for everybody.” Here is the song:

A Coldplay/Rihanna collaboration has hit the Internet. It’s a song called “Princess of China” and it’ll be on Coldplay’s new album “Mylo Xyloto”, which hits stores next week.

Jennifer Lopez and Bradley Cooper are hooking up in the Big Fat Rumor of the Day! They spent some time together in Los Angeles on Saturday night. Jennifer and Bradley also had dinner together last month in New York City, but that was supposedly a business meeting, but it may have grown into something more. A source says they’re, “casually dating”. And another source says, “After their date in New York, Bradley and Jennifer stayed in touch. She does like his attention, and it makes her feel good that he seems so into her. She has a fun time with Bradley and he makes her laugh. She likes him.” However, J-Lo might have some competition. The “National Enquirer” claims Kirstie Alley is desperate to land Bradley and she’s trying to get friends to set them up. So, if you were Bradley, who would you choose? Ha!

Lady Gaga and Usher were two of the performers for an event honoring Bill Clinton. It was called “The William J. Clinton Decade of Difference Concert.” Bill was there along with Hillary and their daughter Chelsea. In honor of the Clintons, Lady Gaga tweaked some of her songs. She turned “Bad Romance” into “Bill Romance” and “You and I” into “The Clintons, You and I”. And she was performing in a bizarre skin-colored wrap of some sort. Gaga also used this opportunity to drop an F-Bomb saying, “If someone had told me so many years ago that I’d be doing that right in front of you I just wouldn’t have believed them. I would have given them a good American [eff] you.”

And Usher used this opportunity to expose himself. Sort of. Usher’s pants ripped open during his performance, but you couldn’t see anything other than some leg.

“Twilight” actress Nikki Reed and “American Idol” contestant Paul McDonald got married yesterday in Malibu. Nikki plays Rosalie Hale in the “Twilight” movies. She was actually a fan of Paul’s from watching “Idol” and met him when the contestants attended the premiere of the movie “Little Red Riding Hood” earlier this year. In June, just two months later, they were engaged. He’s 27 and she’s 23. Congrats!

ABC has canceled the “Charlie’s Angels” reboot after just four episodes. There are four remaining episodes and it sounds like ABC will air them in the show’s regular timeslot until they decide on a replacement. Since I’m the only one watching, it’s Thursdays at 8:00pm.

Rick Ross suffered two “health scares” on two different planes causing two emergency landings within just six hours on Friday. There isn’t anything official on what’s wrong with him. Rick was attempting to fly from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Memphis for a performance. His first try was on Delta, but not long after the plane took off, Rick suffered a medical emergency, and the plane returned to the airport to make an emergency landing. We heard Rick “lost consciousness” and that emergency workers called it a “seizure,” but that hasn’t been confirmed. Rick was taken to the hospital, where he started feeling better. Wale Tweeted, “I just talked to Ross, he’s 100% OK @TMZ #DontPanic #DontPanic.” But Rick was not 100% OK. A few hours later, Rick boarded a private jet to Memphis, but once again, he suffered some sort of medical emergency, and the plane was diverted to Birmingham, Alabama, where he was once again rushed to the hospital. It sounds like it was another seizure, but again, we don’t know that for sure. Rick canceled his Friday show in Memphis as well Saturday’s gig in Greensboro, North Carolina. He’s scheduled to perform this coming Friday in Atlanta, and in L.A. on Sunday. It’s unclear if he’ll be able to make those shows.

Tone Loc collapsed while performing at a private party in Atlanta on Saturday night. According to reports from people who were there, it looked like he had a seizure, but there’s no confirmation on that. All we know for sure is that Tone Loc was rushed to the hospital, where he was hooked up to an I.V. His manager says he was suffering from exhaustion and that he’s fine now. Tone Loc is 45 and has a history of passing out. In May of 2009, he collapsed at an outdoor concert in Florida. He reportedly suffered a seizure caused by the heat. He was taken to the hospital that time, too.

Bad news for Lindsay Lohan today. She may have been fired from her community service! She was supposed to work off the bulk of her community service at the Downtown Women’s Shelter in L.A., but I guess she hasn’t been showing up. On the record, all we know is what Lindsay’s rep said yesterday, “Lindsay is now serving her community service at the Red Cross, and we’re not providing any comment beyond that.” Unofficially, what we’ve heard is that the shelter got fed up with her because she no-showed nine different times she was scheduled to be there. And when she did show, she would hang for about an hour, then split. And sources say she’s barely made a dent in her community service commitment. Lindsay was ordered to serve 360 hours at the shelter and another 120 at the county morgue. She has a status hearing next Wednesday, and things might not go too well. On the other hand, she was given a year to complete her hours, so this probably isn’t something that’ll send her back to jail.

If there’s one thing “Twilight” fans are psyched for, it’s Bella’s birth scene in “Breaking Dawn – Part 1″. We’ve already heard a little bit about it, and now, here’s more from director Bill Condon, “I think within the confines of a PG-13 rating, I think we’ve got something that’s pretty powerful. And in terms of the birth, it was, ‘Let’s do it from Bella’s point of view. Let’s see whatever she can see.’ Once you decide on an approach like that, it’s amazing how powerful you can be without being overly explicit. She gets glimpses of a lot of things, and hears everything, but it’s not the cutaway to teeth clawing through flesh. But you certainly know what’s happening.” The movie hits theaters November 18th.

Since Halloween is right around the corner, Taylor Swift was asked in a recent interview if she’s picked out a costume. She said, “I really want to be a “Toddlers & Tiaras” girl, but I might blow it off.” Taylor has a pretty good reason for not being as enthused about Halloween as you and I. She says, “The idea of dressing up is awesome, but it also feels like work because I change clothes nine times in my show.”

Congratulations to Ne-Yo and his lady friend Monyetta Shaw, she delivered their second child on Monday. They have not yet released the name or even the sex of the child as of this morning. Big sister Madilyn Grace is 11 months old.

Yesterday, Game proposed to his baby mama Tiffney, who he’s been dating for the past seven years. But if this was the real moment, his choice of venue was interesting. He popped the question in front of the paparazzi inside the back door of the elementary school where Tiffney teaches. She was holding one kid, and being surrounded by two more. She said yes, of course. Game and Tiffney have two kids togetherr, a son named King Justice and a daughter named Cali. Game also has another son from a previous relationship.

 
Chris Brown and Bow Wow were at a strip club in Miami last week called King of Diamonds and they spared no expense. One source says they, “lined the floor with singles” bought “untold bottles of booze” for their entourage, and after they were through, “at least three dancers walked away with $5,000 in tips, each.”

The FBI has arrested a Jacksonville, Florida man they believe was behind the massive celebrity hacking scandal that led to the posting of those Scarlett Johansson nude pics. 35-year-old Christopher Chaney has been charged with 26 counts of computer hacking, aggravated identity theft and wiretapping. He faces up to 121 years in federal prison. Chaney was released on $10,000 bond and banned from using any computer device that can access the Internet. He was also ordered to live with “third-party custodians”. In this case, his parents. Authorities say Chaney hacked the stars’ Google, Apple and Yahoo e-mail accounts, and set them up so that every e-mail sent or received would automatically forward to him. In doing so, he was able to gain access to financial information, movie scripts, private e-mails, photos and contact lists that led him to other potential targets. There were more than 50 victims in all, including Christina Aguilera, Vanessa Hudgens, Jessica Alba, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Busy Philipps, Ali Larter and Mila Kunis. The Feds didn’t say how they caught Chaney, but they believe he was working alone. They also said he seemed to be doing this, “just for kicks.” There’s no evidence he profited from it. They called their investigation “Operation Hackerazzi”.

The next cast of “Celebrity Apprentice” has yet to be confirmed, but the list of rumored participants is growing. A source tells “People” that the cast will include ’80s pop superstar Debbie Gibson, Teresa Giudice from “Real Housewives of New Jersey” and former “American Idol” runner-up Clay Aiken. However, “Entertainment Weekly” says Victoria Gotti is doing it. She’s the 48-year-old daughter of mafia boss John Gotti, who died in 2002. Another source claimed model Cheryl Tiegs and racecar driver Marco Andretti were onboard. Marco is the 24-year-old grandson of racing legend Mario Andretti. Aubrey O’day and Adam Carolla have also been rumored. “Celebrity Apprentice” will premiere in January.

If you thought the first Michael Jackson death photo that prosecutors rolled out in the manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray was hard to take, they showed another one yesterday. And in this one, Michael was naked. It was shown during the testimony of forensic pathologist Christopher Rogers. He’s the man who initially determined that Michael died from an overdose of propofol. The photo, in which Michael’s private area was blacked out, showed the remnants of an IV needle and medical tape on his arm. Michael’s mother Katherine and sister Rebbie were not in the courtroom when the photo was shown. Prosecutors warned them about it ahead of time, and they decided to skip that part of the trial. Rogers testified that he believes Dr. Murray administered the fatal dose of propofol, because it was improbable that Michael could have done it in the two minutes Dr. Murray was away from his bedside. He also said that no propofol was found in Michael’s stomach or esophagus, which means Michael didn’t drink it, as the defense has suggested. And the trial continues…
 

“Us Weekly” scored the first interview with Ashton Kutcher’s alleged mistress Sara Leal. In case there was any doubt, she does indeed claim she slept with Ashton on September 24th. Twice. Sara says he, “just came up and kissed me” which led to her and another girl being naked in a hot tub with Ashton on his hotel room balcony. Ashton told her that he and Demi Moore  were separated. She believed him and pretty soon she was in his bedroom. She says, “He lost his towel and I took my robe off. Then we had sex.” So how was it? She says, “He was good. It wasn’t weird or perverted.” It may have been good, but it wasn’t safe. She claims Ashton didn’t wear a condom. After getting down twice, they talked about astrology, religion, love and even politics.
 

Lil Wayne is a well-renowned fan of cough syrup cocktails. And now, he says he did it because he was sick. Not “sick” as in he actually had a cough, but “sick” as in a substance abuse problem. This revelation comes in a bizarre, documentary-style video of Wayne that just surfaced online. Wayne says he first, “picked up the cup” when he heard Pimp C rapping about it and he says it was a part of a “culture” that he emulated. He also said he never did it to be cool. But apparently, Wayne hasn’t triumphed over his sickness yet because he appears to be sippin’ on Sizzurp in the video.

Rihanna has been named “Esquire” magazine’s Sexiest Woman Alive for 2011. Rihanna posed nude for the magazine. All her pretty lady parts are strategically covered. The first runner-up was Katy Perry. Other ladies in the running included Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Emma Stone, Beyoncé, Mila Kunis and Hope Solo.

Last night on “Dancing With the Stars” it came down to Carson Kressley and Anna Trebunskaya or Chynna Phillips and Tony Dovolani. Because she lost her place in the Tango, Chynna was eliminated. Meanwhile, Ricki Lake’s partner, Derek Hough dislocated his shoulder in rehersals on Tuesday becoming the first major injury of the season. He was able to pop it back into place and dance a flashy routine with his sister Julianne last night.

Beyonce has revealed that she’s due to give birth to Jay-Z’s baby in February. She dropped the news on an Australian talk show, where she also said, “Being pregnant already has changed my life. My husband and I have been together for 10 years, all of my twenties. I just feel like it’s time and I’m very grateful that God has blessed me with the biggest gift any human can have.” By the way, a lot of people think Beyoncé was wearing a fake baby bump during this interview because of the funny way it squishes when she goes to sit down. The set of Brad Pitt’s zombie movie “World War Z” was raided by a Hungarian anti-terrorist unit because somebody purchased real automatic weapons with live rounds in them to use as props. The cops took a total of 85 weapons, which were sold to the filmmakers under the false pretense that they were non-functional. They were being held in a warehouse in Budapest, where the movie is being filmed. Obviously, this could have resulted in a tragic accident. Authorities are interviewing crewmembers, trying to figure out exactly how it happened.

Chris Brown was not at the Michael Jackson tribute concert in Wales on Saturday. And the rumor was that he’d been denied entry into the U.K. because of his criminal record in the United States. But Chris says that didn’t happen. In fact, he never committed to the show in the first place. Chris’ rep says, “His previously booked domestic F.A.M.E. tour concert dates didn’t allow him to accept the honor and therefore he never planned to go to the UK. He was not banned.” The rep added that Chris spent the weekend performing in Tampa, Charlotte and Virginia Beach shows that were scheduled before he was offered a spot on the Michael Jackson show.

In her first movie venture, Octomom Nadya Suleman would be in a role she does best in real-life, a pregnant woman. The mother of 14 is to star in a low-budget horror movie called “Millennium” as a woman impregnated by a demon. Named Vanessa, her character is to visit a haunted house with her friend Brad and his date Jessica. Vanessa is a documentary filmmaker making a film about folklore. The plot is, “Her best friend Brad was meant to help her, but he instead decides to go on a date with new love Jessica, who he met online. His new girlfriend persuades Vanessa to join him by telling her the house is haunted and would be a good subject for her film, but it turns out she has been lured into a trap and she is a creature from Hell.” The movie will reveal how she was impregnated by a female demon. “I feel very fortunate to have been given this opportunity to star in this horror film. There are very similar characteristics between my character Vanessa and myself which has made it easier to prepare for my role. I love horror films and hope to have more opportunities in the future.” But her real reason of entering the movie industry is perhaps money. She would be eligible to Screen Actors Guild’s health benefits, her manager said.

The Michael Jackson tribute concert went down Saturday in Wales. MJ’s kids, Prince, Paris and Blanket, made a surprise appearance onstage to speak briefly and introduce Beyonce, who performed via satellite. Paris, sporting a replica of the red jacket Michael wore in the “Thriller” video, said, “We’re very happy to be here on this special night to honor our father.” Ne-Yo opened the show with “Billie Jean”. He urged everyone to forget about the manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, saying, “It’s not about the controversy. It’s not about the trial. It’s not about his death. It’s about celebrating his life. It’s about celebrating his music.” Other performers included Cee-Lo Green, Leona Lewis, Smokey Robinson, Alien Ant Farm and Christina Aguilera. Host Jamie Foxx performed two songs. He did “Rock With You” on his own, then was joined by the Jackson family for the finale, “Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough”. Meanwhile, two of the biggest names advertised didn’t even show up.  Chris Brown reportedly wasn’t allowed entry into the U.K. because of his criminal record in the States. And Jennifer Hudson informed her Twitter followers on Saturday, the day of the show, that she wasn’t going to be there, either. She said, “To my UK fans that were coming to the MJ show in Wales. I will no longer be attending due to major production issues.” She added, “I would have thought they would have informed you all by now, so since they did not, I am. Thank u for your support.” We don’t know if this is true or not, but we’ve heard that her main “issue” was that she wasn’t given enough time to work with the songs she was asked to perform. But sources say she got her music at the same time as all the other performers. Producers were said to be very upset about this. One of Jennifer’s songs, “Gone Too Soon“, was handled by Gladys Knight. The Black Eyed Peas had bowed out earlier in the week, due to some undisclosed issues with the promoters.

Kristin Davis from “Sex and the City” has adopted a baby girl. She named her Gemma Rose Davis. Kristin says, “This is something I have wanted for a very long time. Having this wish come true is even more gratifying than I ever had imagined. I feel so blessed.” Kristin is 46 and is not married and this is her only child.

Demi Moore allegedly consulted a divorce attorney on Friday, and it’s over between her and Ashton Kutcher. A source says, “Miss Moore has been totally humiliated.” Another source claims they’ve been separated for six weeks already. But Friday night, Ashton and Demi were spotted at Kabbalah services in Los Angeles. A witness says they, “walked out with their arms wrapped around each other’s waists.”

Rihanna was out in London over the weekend with a British boxer and model named Dudley O’Shaughnessy and some people are saying he’s her new boyfriend. Rihanna supposedly “hand-picked” O’Shaughnessy to co-star in her latest video, “We Found Love”. A source says, “Rihanna was making no secret that she fancied the pants off Dudley. During the shoot, she took every opportunity to get close to him and at one point she was sitting in his lap during a break from filming.”

It looks like Ryan Gosling helped break up a fight in New York City recently. There’s a video on YouTube in which a couple guys are going at it, when a man who looks a lot like Ryan appears out of nowhere in a striped tank top and baseball hat to help separate them. Two girls are filming the fight, and one of them recognizes Ryan right away. She says, “That’s the guy from the movie “The Notebook”! There’s no word from Ryan’s people, so we don’t know for sure that it’s him. But it does look like him.

There’s one problem with having your wedding celebration at somebody’s house: Neighbors. And even though Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ wedding was held at the Montecito, California estate of a Google executive, the neighbors were still too close and the festivities were too loud for their sensitive ears. All in all, 22 calls were made to the cops for everything from loud music, too much noise, to the helicopters flying above. Fire marshals showed up around midnight after receiving a noise complaint, so the music had to be shut down early. A source says that Khloe tried to do something about it, but failed, “She was talking to security guards her friend’s family knows the mayor of Montecito and they tried even to get in touch with him. Interestingly, none of the neighbors would sign a formal complaint, because they didn’t want to be identified.

Lil Wayne will release his new abum “Tha Carter IV” immediately after Sunday’s Video Music Awards on MTV. The CD hits retail stores on Monday. The album features 15 tracks and includes collaborations with other artists. A deluxe edition adds three tracks.

Hilary Duff is no longer starring in “The Story of Bonnie and Clyde” because of her recently-announced pregnancy. The parting was reportedly amicable, but producers couldn’t wait to start production. There’s no word yet who’ll replace her. They issued a statement saying, “Due to our obligations with investors and international buyers it is imperative that we stick to our current schedule. Therefore we are forced to explore other options.” She is reportedly unavailable until June and they needed to start filming this fall.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s family is growing – the couple is expecting their third child. They have two daughters, 5-year-old Violet and 2-year-old Seraphina. No other details were released. Jen and Ben, both 39, were married in 2005.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries got married Saturday night in front of 440 guests. It was a black-and-white affair only. All the guests were asked to only wear those two colors. Not surprisingly, the event was loaded with celebrities. They included Demi Lovato, Eva Longoria, Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough, Mario Lopez, Ciara, Babyface, Venus and Serena Williams, Kathie Lee Gifford, Lindsay Lohan, along with her mom Dina and her sister Ali, Avril Lavigne, Scottie Pippen and his wife, Carmelo Anthony, Sugar Ray Leonard, Alan Thicke, Cheryl Burke, and George Lopez. Also in attendance were Kim’s wedding dress designer Vera Wang, Maria Menounos, Greta Van Susteren, Jillian Barberie, and “Girls Gone Wild” scumbag Joe Francis. Then there was Mark Ballas, who choreographed Kim and Kris’ first dance, which was to Robin Thicke’s “Angels” and Robin was there to perform it in person. Kim’ stepfather Bruce Jenner walked her down the aisle. Kim also had a message for her late father, former O.J. Simpson attorney Robert Kardashian. She said, “I so wish my dad could be here today to walk me down the aisle. But I know in a way he is here, and I feel his loving presence all around me. I love and miss you, dad.” Kourtney and Khloe were Kim’s co-maids of honor, half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner were bridesmaids, and Kourtney’s 21-month-old son Mason was the ringbearer. Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck did the catering. E! will put the wedding into a two-part special called “Kim’s Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event“. It’ll air on October 9th and 10th. The wedding reportedly cost $20 million, although some sources say it was $30 million.

Lindsay Lohan is suing Pitbull for name-checking her on “Give Me Everything”. On the track, Pitbull raps, “Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep flowin’ / I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” Obviously, that’s a reference to Lindsay’s seemingly endless legal problems, particularly the two weeks she spent in jail last summer on a probation violation. Lindsay is attacking this on multiple fronts, all of which seem a little silly. For starters, the lawsuit claims, “the lyrics are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.” Then, in describing Lindsay as, “a professional actor of good repute and standing”. The suit says the track violates her civil rights, which, “protect people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.” And Lindsay’s lawyer adds, “The problem is they used her name without compensation in the song, and confused the public about whether or not she was a collaborator.” Really? Come on now, no one heard that lyric and thought she was a collaborator. Ne-Yo and Afrojack, who co-wrote “Give Me Everything”, are also named as defendants. There’s no response from either of them, or Pitbull. There’s talk that Lindsay may have only filed the lawsuit to try to squeeze a settlement out of Pitbull, like the one she allegedly got from E-Trade last year. Lindsay filed a lawsuit against E-Trade over one of their talking baby ads because there was a character named Lindsay who was described as a, “milkaholic”. It reportedly ended with Lindsay receiving “a confidential sum.”

Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lopez are currently filming a movie based on the popular pregnancy book “What to Expect When You’re Expecting“. And according to the “Star” tabloid, they’re not hitting it off. A source says, “They don’t like each other. They don’t interact much, but when they do, the tension is thick.” Cameron supposedly hates Jennifer because she has a huge entourage around her at all times, including her mother, her manager, three assistants and her own makeup and hair people. She also thinks all the chaos surrounding J-Lo’s split with Marc Anthony as well as the fact that there are rumors she’s hooking up with another one of their co-stars, Rodrigo Santoro, is causing a distraction. And the source says she insulted Jennifer’s acting behind her back telling someone else on the set, “She’d be better off sticking to her day jobs.” How does Jennifer retaliate? By ignoring Cameron. The source says, “She doesn’t seem to care. She doesn’t talk about Cam or ask about her. She just acts as if Cam doesn’t exist.”

Sarah Jessica Parker has confirmed that there will be a third “Sex and the City” movie. Sarah said, “There is another movie in development. I know what the story is. It’s a small story, but I think it should be told. The question is, ‘What’s the right time to tell it’?”
